SHIPPING POLICY 

DUE TO COVID-19 there can be a delay in you receiving your order once it has been shipped from our workshop. 

Your order will be processed within 7-15 business days it will be shipped via USPS. Once USPS has your order the time frame of delivery depends on them. WE DO NOT WORK FOR USPS WE JUST TRUST THEM TO DELIVER OUR MAIL SAFELY & ON TIME. 

When your label says “shipped” it does not mean it’s at the post office if it hasn’t been 7-15 business days, if it has been the time frame listed above check back in 42 hours to get your updated tracking information. 

  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSITION IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE YOU CAN REQUEST IT DURING CHECKOUT. 

ANY DAMAGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED IF YOU DON’T ADD INSURANCE 

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO YOUR ADDRESS BEING WRONG YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LABEL RETURN FEE FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK OUT TO YOU.
